This is a Firm Fixed Price Request for Quotation (RFQ), No. 693JJ319Q000108, being issued by the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) Office of Acquisitions and Grants Management for Congressional and Governmental Electronic News and Policy Reporting Services.

This OPEN-MARKET solicitation is prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12, the acquisition of commercial items in conjunction with the policies and procedures for solicitation, evaluation, and award as prescribed in FAR 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2019-2.


This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.


This solicitation is an UNRESTRICTED SOLICITATION and the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 519130 with an industry size standard of 1000 employees. A responsible quoter is one whose quote conforms to the solicitation and will be most advantageous to the Government. It is the contractor's responsibility to be familiar with applicable clauses and provisions. To be eligible to receive a Government Contract a contractor must be registered and active in https://sam.gov/SAM/ prior to quotation due date.
