The purpose of this RFP is to acquire systems integration services to implement the SAP software suite and related products as licensed by the State. The State desires a multi-staged implementation beginning with Stage I - Finance, Grants Management, Procurement and a supporting Data Warehouse, followed by Stage II - Human Resource (HR) and Payroll Administration. The State desires a fiscal year implementation for the Stage I and a calendar year implementation for the Stage II. Vendors may recommend “early” project actions that could yield “quick wins” for the State.
