Configuration Management Automation (CMA)
The purpose of Amendment 0004 is to make the following changes to the SIR and to incorporate revised documents as listed:
1) Add Attachment J-11 FAA Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) Version 5.1 (April 2017) as mentioned in section L.7.3.2.
2) Reinsert Past Performance requirements in Section L.9 - Offeror is also required to submit Contract Number (if applicable) for relevant experience contracts.
3) Extend the proposal due date from May 29, 2018 to June 5, 2018
4) Modify Past Performance Evaluation Information in Section M.7
All documents provided under this Amendment supersedes all previous versions.

3. Modify Section C to clarify training requirements (Sections C.4.8.5 & C.4.8.6)

(a) Revised F.2 period of performance chart to correct date discrepancies.
(b) Modified Section F.8 to address deliverables and delivery associated with b Optional Tasks.b
5. Replaced Section H
(a) Modified Section H.7 to change title from b Task Ordersb to b Optional Tasksb .
(b) Modified Section H.7 to clarify contract types associated with Optional Tasks.
6. Modified Section I to include updated clause b 3.6.1-4 Small, Small Disadvantaged, Women-Owned and Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Subcontracting Plan; updated April 2018.b
7. Replaced Section L
(a) Clarified contract types associated with each CLIN.
(b) Revised Section L.9 b Past Performance to allow for an offerorbs Subcontractor or teaming partnerbs past experience to be considered as one (1) of the three (3) required past experience demonstrations.
(c) Revised Attachment L-1 b CMA Technical Compliance Matrix
(d) Revised Attachment L-2 corrects training quantity and NCE amount discrepancy
8. Added Section J: List of attachments, inadvertently omitted from original submission
9. Modified the following J Attachments to reflect changes resulting from Q&As.

The purpose of Amendment 0001 is to accomplish the following:
b" Modify Section K to add AMS Clause 3.5-14 Representation of Limited Rights Data and Restricted Computer Software (January 2010);
b" Modify Section L.8.2 to clarify that Section B will be completed by the FAA after selection, prior to award. Section B was also modified to identify CLIN 0009 as a FFP CLIN, and to remove CLIN 0010 as a FFP CLIN.
b" Revise Attachment L-2 Cost Model to correct inconsistencies.
