Conference and Meeting Management
The State is seeking the services of providers in the area of conference hosting. The provider will be expected to be responsible for hosting a three-day conference plus a one-day pre-conference event. The primary event is scheduled for July 24-26, 2012, with the pre-conference event beginning the morning of July 23, 2012.
