Conference Space Cobra Gold 2021 Concept Development Conference
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The following is a Request for Quote, W91QVP-20-Q-7006. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) change notice. It is the vendor's responsibility to be familiar with applicable clauses and provisions.
The Government requires non-personal services contract for conference space as described in the Statement of Work. NAICS code 721110. Period of performance will be from 31MAR20 to 2APR20. Quotes will be evaluated based on lowest priced quote. All offers must be submitted through electronic mail no later than 1300 Local Alaska Time on 22 November 2019.
