Conference Services for 9th International Conference Managing Pavement Assets

The purpose of this RFP is to solicit unsealed proposals for Conference services.
Conferences have two possible dates: May 18-21 2015 or June 1-4 2015
They are requesting that the firm register with the eVA system and includes a link to the system for registration within the proposal. Proximity to Blacksburg VA is not required but they do ask that you register the locations from which your company works.
