Conference Room Upgrade and Support
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
The USPFO for South Carolina, 9 National Guard Road, Columbia, South Carolina intends to award a FFP contract for the South Carolina Army National Guard (SCARNG) for a conference room upgrade. The requirement, and required CLIN structure, are in the attached Excel spreadsheet. Delivery and installation will be in West Columbia, SC.
Solicitation W912QG-19-R-0037 is issued as a request for quotes (RFQ) in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13. This procurement is set aside 100% for small business, and the NAICS Code is 334310.
To be considered for award, the offeror must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM), and have a publically visible profile at the time of offer. Offerors must include the following information when submitting their offer: CAGE Code, DUNS Number and Federal Tax ID Number. These items are required to determine eligibility for award.
