Conference Facility and Meeting Management
The State is seeking proposals for the services of providers in the area of conference facility and meeting management. The vendor will be expected to be responsible for a four day conference and one arrival day. The vendor will need to have accommodations for up to 40 teams of 5 -10 people to room together for the entire time of the conference; at least 9 breakout rooms for 20 – 75 people plus two large rooms for up to 400 participants.
