Conduct research, planning and evaluation activities in support of homelessness system planning
As a result of the City’s its various planning responsibilities, the City, in cooperation with the
HPS, is seeking to contract with a consultancy team, academic unit or planning organization
to support homelessness system planning in Hamilton. The successful applicant will conduct
research, planning and evaluation activities necessary to inform service system priorities,
needs and strategies as they relate to reducing homelessness in Hamilton (the “Project”).
The timeline for completion of deliverables is outlined in Section 6 of this document. All
Project deliverables are expected to be completed within 26 weeks of the successful
applicant being awarded the contract, with certain deliverables expected at the 12 and 20
week mark.
