This Request for Information (RFI)/ Sources Sought Notice is issued for information and planning purposes only. This is not a Request for a Quote (RFQ). It is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation or ultimately award a contract. Letterkenny Army Depot is seeking information concerning the availability of capable contractors to service/repair the following item:
0001 Conduct Preventative Maintenance, Repair and Service for a GE CRxFlex Digitizer and Workstation Imaging Equipment Service. This equipment is past its warranty period and per GE can be repaired by any certifiable service shop. Provide all parts, labor, materials, tools, services, transportation and equipment to effectively address all preventative maintenance and normal/ 24 hour turnaround repair services as required.
For the purposes of the RFI, the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 811219-Other Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance. The small business size standard is $19,000,000.00. If you believe another NAICS is more applicable based on the Statement of Work, please so indicate and state the justification with your reply. In addition, the following information is requested:
