The scope of work is to provide design, consulting and contract management services, as outlined in the attached sample Professional Services Contract (Exhibit A), including but not limited to exhibit design, architecture, engineering, sustainable practices and cost estimating, to complete the Condor Habitat as outlined in the Comprehensive Capital Master Plan Pre-Schematic Design Submittal
