Concurrent Contract Operations
QT2A intends to procure acquisition support services to aid with the concurrent administration of the legacy telecommunication contracts and the new EIS contract during the period where agencies will transition services from the legacy contracts to EIS.
GSA's Federal Acquisition Service (FAS), Information Technology Category (ITC) Office of IT (Non-MAS) Acquisition Operations (QT2A) supports contract formation, award, and administration of GSA ITC-based contracts including multiple, government-wide, multiple-award, indefinite-delivery, indefinite- quantity telecommunications vehicles. QT2A currently administers a number of legacy telecommunications contracts (Networx, WITS-3 and LSAs) which are expiring in May 2020. In FY17, the organization is preparing for the award of the Enterprise Infrastructure Solutions (EIS) contract; this contract replaces the legacy vehicles and has a planned period of performance of 15 years.
