Concrete Underground Storage Fuel Tank Closure Permit, 380,000 Gallons
The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, parts, equipment, tools, hazardous/nonhazardous waste disposal, travel, all necessary licenses required, and test equipment, and all permits to enable VAGLAHS to permanently close the underground concrete 380,000 gallon fuel tank.
Under a firm fixed price contract the Contractor shall provide a health and safety plan, work plan, work plan approval, Division 5 Permit, confined space assessment, soil and groundwater sampling and a soil and ground water sampling laboratory analysis to facilitate the removal or fill of an underground concrete 380,000 gallon fuel tank underneath the intersection of Bonsall and Eisenhower, near parking lot #7 at VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System (VAGLAHS).
