1. Pre-mixed concrete furnished under this contract shall be in accordance with current Virginia
Department of Highway Specifications.
2. Contractors plant must be approved by the Virginia State Department of Highways.
3. Unless otherwise specified by using agency at time of order, pre-mixed concrete furnished
F.O.B. City Truck at Contractors yard shall be completely mixed to a plastic and unhardened
state.
