Concessions -- Annual Contract
Non-mandatory pre-proposal conference 01/07/2010.
The County has concessions available
at four locations. Each of these sites has a concession building, with hot
water, a double sink, and electricity, where concessions can be housed or vendor(s) may
bring their own setup.
The concession areas do not have refrigeration units. The County
plans to contract these concessions to an independent contractor(s). Contractor(s) may
use existing concession buildings or bring their own setups.
Dates: Initial Annual Contract will be for two (2) years and renewable up to three (3) one
(1) year terms all subject to approval of Beaufort County; from March to July, September to
November for youth sports leagues. The Contract can not exceed a total of five (5) years.
