Concession and Catering Services
The University is seeking proposals for concessions operations/restaurant services/catering and athletic dining hall services agreements for the Athletic Department events located in various athletic venues. The scope shall also include a proposal from the vendor to assist in the build-out of the kitchen and serving areas of the stadium which is currently under construction.
