Concession Operations
- This RFP had a pre-bid event.
The selected vendor will be responsible for making available for purchase items of food and nonalcoholic beverages to the general public participating in or attending recreational activities. In return for this exclusivity, the selected vendor must provide the City with a revenue stream based on a fixed monthly fee, due no later than the 14th calendar day of each month. The monthly report shall be accompanied by a copy of the Sales tax report.
