This RFQ is being issued for the purpose of selecting a promoter with experience in the administration and provision of EVENTS PROMOTER SERVICES, including but not limited to talent and sponsorship procurement, promotions, concessions, ticketing, staging, sound, lighting and video production, site layout, logistics, coordination and contracting with the public safety agencies, and applying for/receiving all required local,State or Federal permits.
