Conceptual Site Plan / Market Analysis
The Town is seeking proposals from qualified professional planning and/or architecture firms to prepare a conceptual master site plan for redevelopment of two parcels of property, owned by the Town, and located in downtown. Work will include development of a conceptual site plan to determine practicability of development on the parcels, the feasibility of public funding mechanisms for improvements on the parcels and the surrounding area, and a general market analysis of the potential parcels.
