Conceptual Design Plan
The City is seeking proposals from qualified consultants to develop a conceptual vision for the residential and commercial areas in the Corridor. If the City Council decides to pursue this conceptual vision, we expect to use a workshop process or a charrette to refine, map and illustrate the vision, and then analyze its market viability (Phase II) to provide a basis for implementation measures (Phase III).
