Concept development and production of paper and web based report

The Foundation is seeking RFPs from qualified vendors for the CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT and PRODUCTION of a policy report. The vendor must be able to produce TWO pieces of collateral: a cutting-edge PAPER report (12-15 pages, color, graphics) as well as a WEB BASED, micro-site, that reflects the contents of the paper report.
The vendor must be qualified and capable of creating a project that includes photography, infographics, and color charts.
The vendor must be qualified and capable of creating a micro-website, a continuous page with infographics, text, pictures, and videos that utilizes a responsive model that is functional on personal computers and mobile devices. The vendor will not be responsible for providing videos; however, the vendor will provide most photography.
Copy for the PAPER and WEB BASED reports will be provided; however, we seek a vendor who is qualified and has the capacity to provide some copy-editing, with a sense of how the copy interacts with the graphics.
All copy for these deliverables will be ready for a vendor by July 2014. Both the PAPER collateral, as well as the micro-site, must be completed by October 2014.
