Computers and Accessories
It is the intention of Navarro ISD (NISD) to purchase computers and accessories including the installation of the computers at a highly-competitive price. Navarro ISD is replacing 360 desktops with a combination of physical and virtual machines. Navarro ISD anticipates purchasing approximately 184 computers, 360 monitors and miscellaneous software licenses and supplies.
The District is seeking more than a commodity vendor as the RFP is intended to incorporate the Vendors' expertise in streamlining the ordering, delivery, maintenance, support, and disposal components of acquisition. Only Vendors with proven past performance with successful outcomes in similar initiatives will be considered. NISD plans to reduce total cost of ownership by working with an experience vendor committed to providing the best full-service solution.
The District will select a vendor from the respondents to this request for proposals, or reject all proposals. All responses in your proposal may be used to help us select a vendor. The District reserves the right to verify the accuracy and completeness of all responses by utilizing any information available to the District without regard to whether such information appears in your proposal.

Navarro ISD is a public school with an enrollment of 1600 students. The District currently has one High School, one Junior High School, one Intermediate School, one Elementary School and an Administration office.
