PUBLIC NOTICE BOARD OF EDUCATION EAST ST. LOUIS SCHOOL DISTRICT 189 RFP1237 COMPUTERS & TECHNICAL SUPPORT East St. Louis School District 189 is seeking proposals from qualified firms for computers and technical support. Sealed proposals will be received at the Administrative Building located at 1005 State Street, East Saint Louis, Illinois, 62201 by the Purchasing Department until May 8, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. (central time) whereupon bids will be publicly opened and read. Copies of the Request for Proposals may be obtained in the Purchasing Department on Monday, April 23, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. Each proposal shall be sealed and plainly marked "RFP1237-COMPUTERS & TECHNICAL SUPPORT" on the outside of the mailing envelope and received by the District Office, on or before 10:00 a.m. (central time) May 8, 2012. Proposals received after the deadline will not be considered. East St. Louis School District 189 reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive formalities and to accept the proposal deemed to be in the best interest of East St. Louis School District 189.
