Computer Information Forensics Services
Purpose The Department of Information Technology is soliciting bids on behalf of the Department of Public Safety for the purposes of obtaining Computer Information Forensics services as detailed below.
Scope of Computer Information Forensics Services 1) Analyze the condition and functionality of two (2) software applications as they exist in the same point in time for the purposes of side-by-side performance testing.
2) Source Code Analysis.
3) Provide expert witness testimony as necessary.
4) Provide litigation support and discovery as necessary.
5) Ensure that collected electronic data are valid and admissible duplicates of the original software system data.
6) Apply latest computer information forensic techniques to analyze, inventory and assess the condition of computer materials relevant to application functionality.
7) Develop and deliver a report which will estimate the number of hours, resources and personnel needed to perform an in-depth technical and functional software analysis of a computer application.
