This solicitation will be issued by Western States Contracting Alliance (WSCA) and National Association of State Procurement Officials (NASPO) and will not be issued by OSD. Companies interested in learning more about this mult-state procurement and submitting a response can locate a link to solicitation information in the document entitled "Location of Solicitation Information" posted under the Intent tab of this notice. Interested bidders are soley responsible for monitoring this other entity's website for updates, amendments and all other announcements associated with this procurement and for following the other entity's procedures for bidding and submitting questions. OSD assumes no responsibility for the content and procurement process of this cooperative procurment and interested bidders should not contact OSD for information.
