The Department is initiating this Request for Qualifications & Quotations (RFQQ) to solicit responses from individuals or firms interested in contracting with L&I, on an as needed basis, to provide detailed forensic computer animations of an industrial/workplace accidents where a Washington State worker was killed or seriously injured.
