Compressed Natural Gas Fueling Station Upgrade

The Work comprises, but is not limited to: the replacement of 2 Fuelmaker FM4 CNG compressors with 1 Ingersoll Rand O5H25NGDX compressor. Relocation of Lawerence - Factor high pressure dryers, installation of new 400 AMP feeders to new electrical panel, installation and connection of compressor, relocation of electronics and relays as noted on plans, construction of the equipment foundation pad extension, extend the height of the block wall in the 44' compressor area by 16'', install new safety signage and complete testing of the entire system. The City submitted plans and specifications to the City Fire Department for permitting and has obtained approval. The contractor will sign for and pull the permits immediately after the award of the contract. Contractor is also to provide complete operations and maintenance service, including all parts and labor, for the CNG station for a period of at least one year after the project is operational, as determined by the City's Project Manager.
