The City requests sealed proposals from firms with proven experience evaluating, writing, and implementing zoning ordinances and with demonstrated knowledge of innovative zoning techniques, best practices in city planning, architecture and urban design, zoning ordinance administration and enforcement, zoning and land use law, and sustainable development models, to prepare a Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance Rewrite, including a complete update to the official zoning map.
