Dear Prospective Offeror:
SUBJECT: Solicitation Number SET10017R0001
The Embassy of the United States of America invites you to submit a proposal for Coverage, Comprehensive (own damage and third party, show separately) for all the U.S. Government owned official vehicles and motorcycles of post Addis Ababa.
The Embassy will not have a pre-proposal conference; hence all prospective offerors who have received a solicitation package can forward their questions via e-mail to ReevesRL@state.gov till September 25, 2017 and response will be provided prior to the bid submission date. See Section L of the attached Request for Proposals (RFP).
Submit your proposal in a sealed envelope marked "Proposal Enclosed" to the US Embassy, Addis Ababa, and Attn: Robert L. Reeves, Contracting Officer on or before 04:00 p.m. on October 3, 2017. No proposal will be accepted after this time.
In order for a proposal to be considered, you must also complete and submit the following:
1. SF-33;
2. Section B;
3. Section K, Representations and Certifications;
4. Additional information as required in Section L.
The contract performance periods are specified in Section F of the solicitation.
