Comprehensive Update to Zoning Ordinance
The Commission is seeking a consultant team to enter into a three-year contract, with an optional one-year extension for additional work and implementation assistance, to completely rewrite and simplify the county’s Zoning Ordinance and Subdivision Regulations in accordance with the requirements set forth in the Scope of Services as detailed in Section 2.2 of this document.
