Comprehensive Update to Zoning Ordinance
The City requests proposals to complete a comprehensive update to our Zoning Ordinance and Land Development Ordinance. This effort will include the associated activities needed for implementation, such as the detailed analysis of existing codes, required public meetings for community input, stake holder interviews, drafting of new Ordinances, and formal adoption by required boards, including the Community Council, Planning Commission, and City Council.
