Comprehensive Traveler Information, Medical, Security and Evacuation Assistance Support Service for Federal Government Employees NSWC IHEODTD

This is a Sources Sought Synopsis. This synopsis neither constitutes a Request for Proposal, nor does it restrict the Government from an ultimate acquisition approach. This synopsis should not be construed as a commitment by the Government for any purpose. Requests for solicitation will not receive a response. All information is to be submitted at no cost or obligation to the U.S. Government. The U.S. Government reserves the right to reject, in whole or in part, any input as a result of this market survey. The U.S. Government is not obligated to notify respondents of the results of this survey. If a formal solicitation is generated at a later date, a solicitation notice will be published. No award will be made as a result of this market survey.


The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Indian Head Explosive Ordnance Disposal Technology Division (NSWC IHEODTD) is seeking potential sources to provide comprehensive traveler information, medical, security and evacuation support services for all of NSWC IHEODTD Government employees on Temporary Duty (TDY) assignment outside the United States. Emergency Support and Evacuation services shall include comprehensive medical and security emergency assistance, including medical and political evacuation services as necessary. These services also include real-time information resources and alerts available prior to and during a trip through mobile and web-based applications to support the health and safety for NSWC IHEODTD employees while traveling internationally. A Statement of Work detailing the support required is provided as an attachment.
All interested sources shall provide a capability statement which should clearly demonstrate the source's ability to meet the requirements of the Statement of Work including capability, relevant past experience, organization name, address, point of contact, phone number, e-mail address, DUNS number, and CAGE Code.
