Comprehensive Transportation Plan

The CTP shall develop transportation planning in that subarea to increase mobility; increase capacity in growing urban and rural areas; further mitigate traffic congestion by expediting truck traffic; encourage types of transit and market to improve service and choice, etc.; and facilitate and incorporate private enterprise involvement in transportation improvements.
