Comprehensive Transportation Plan
SCOPE OF WORK
Under the contract to be awarded through this RFP, the City seeks to develop a Master Transportation Plan. The overall objectives of this plan are to:
Identify transportation strategies which meet the mobility needs of the residents.
Address the Citys future transportation capacity and operational needs and expenditures based on its growth trends, projections and future land use
Guide decision-making with regard to policy, operations, short- and long-term maintenance costs and capital improvement expenses.
Promote transportation strategies which will support and encourage public health and safety and sustainable economic vitality.
Facilitate a participatory process for citizen involvement in the development of the Comprehensive Transportation Plan.
