Comprehensive Technology Transition Plan
DSS is issuing this RFR to solicit proposals from qualified organizations to provide services related to developing a Comprehensive Technology Transition Plan (CTTP). Selected vendor will have the management, leadership skills and know-how to assess the business and technical challenges facing the Department and to develop a plan that positions DSS to begin the process of developing the next generation Statewide Automated Child Welfare Information System (SACWIS).
