Comprehensive Plan and Zoning Codes Update
The Parish is now accepting proposals from urban planning consultants to updating and possibly expanding the Parish’s comprehensive plan and zoning and related codes. The project is intent upon focusing on Smart Growth principles if and where applicable and incorporating sustainable development practices that offer resiliency relative to natural disaster events to which the community is vulnerable.
