Comprehensive Plan Update 2014
County Government (County), South Carolina, is soliciting proposals from a qualified entity to complete an update to the Land Use and Priority Investment Area elements of the County’s Comprehensive Plan in accordance with the State of South Carolina Comprehensive Planning Enabling Act of 1994, which is also summarized in the Municipal Association of South Carolina Publication “Comprehensive Planning Guide for Local Governments”.
