The City is requesting proposals from multidisciplinary consultant teams to update the City's Comprehensive Plan, "the City Plan". In 1999, a Comprehensive Plan was adopted by the City following extensive outreach to citizens and staff input. The Cityhas experienced significant growth in the years since the implementation of the City Plan, including development within the city limits as well as the recent annexation of over 3,000 acres, and a major update of the City Plan is needed. An informational pre-bid meeting will be held on May 11, 20011 at 10:00 am, and all submissions must be received by 2:00 p.m. (Central Time) on June 6, 2011 to be considered.
