Comprehensive Plan Update
It is anticipated that the Comprehensive Plan will address the following major issues facing the City:
• Encouraging yet managing new residential, retail and industrial growth
• Revitalization of distressed neighborhoods
• Planning for future growth in undeveloped areas
• Creating development and urban design standards
• Creating a community identity
• Maximizing current community assets such as the airport, creeks, lake, regional proximity to the Metroplex, etc.
