Comprehensive Plan Update
The City is seeking Requests for Proposals (RFP’s) from qualified firms with considerable experience in the area of comprehensive planning and zoning and written qualifications for planning services to develop an update to several of its 2005 Comprehensive Plan Elements. The City will engage the community in a participatory process to build consensus around a vision for the development and redevelopment of the City within a twenty-year (20) timeframe and will stimulate public review and discussion on issues and alternatives through public meetings, interviews and surveys. The intent of this project is to help improve livability, economics, mobility, recreation, employment, and education in the City.
