Comprehensive Plan Update
The County requires a qualified firm to provide professional services to update the County‘s Comprehensive Plan, including preparation of related documents, policies, plans, maps and development of other implementation plans as necessary. Qualified multi-disciplinary project teams to provide these professional services are anticipated to be comprised of a Prime Consultant, and one or more sub-consultants. The scope of work is more fully described in the complete solicitation package. The project is intended to be complete in no more than 18 months.
