Comprehensive Plan Initial Studies

The City is requesting proposals from qualified individuals and/or firms to provide consultation services for three (3) individual technical studies to help identify where future growth is feasible and cost effective to the City. These studies should provide informational data that potentially could facilitate cost savings to the City and strategically accommodate future growth. The comprehensive plan should consist of the following three studies for infill development capacity analysis, future jobs and economic opportunity and alternative scenario fiscal impact analysis.
