The City is seeking a qualified land use and strategic planning firm or team (“Consultant”) to comprehensively update its current 2001 Comprehensive Plan (“Plan”). The budgeted 2014 project and deliverables will consist of a first phase (“Phase 1”) of the update. Phase 2 is planned for 2015. See RFP for entire Scope of Work.
