Comprehensive Plan
The City is seeking competitive proposals from Innovative and creative planning consultants for the purpose of developing and implementing a new comprehensive plan. The existing plan has become largely ineffective in dealing with the current issues influencing development, primarily the Cline Shale oil and natural gas production in the region and the activity related to this unique development opportunity.
