Comprehensive Plan
The City seeks a qualified consulting firm or team to prepare a Comprehensive Plan. Interested consulting firms are invited to submit their statement of qualifications for Comprehensive Plan. The Request for Proposals (RFP), in a sealed envelope plainly marked RFP-Comprehensive Plan will be received by the City.
