Comprehensive Plan
The City is soliciting proposals for the preparation of a community wide comprehensive plan. The area to be considered in this comprehensive plan shall include the area located within the City’s urban growth boundary. The Comprehensive Plan is intended to be the principal guide for community and governmental decision making regarding land use, zoning, transportation planning, utility capacity and construction, economic development, traffic management, recreation, capital budgeting, provision of municipal services and facilities, housing, and community engagement.
