Comprehensive Plan
The City desires to contract with a qualified urban planning and design consultant to prepare a new Comprehensive Plan for the City. The process will involve the development of text and graphics for the Comprehensive Plan, the arrangement of these elements into a visually compelling document, and the facilitation of public and municipal review of the draft Comprehensive Plan leading to its adoption.
