Comprehensive Plan
The City is soliciting sealed proposals of qualified Providers who are interested in entering into a Contract to provide planning services to produce a twenty-five (25) Year Comprehensive Plan for the years 2010 through 2035.
The overall objective of this Request for Proposal is to obtain the professional services of a qualified consultant to develop the Citys Comprehensive Plan. The Comprehensive Plan will require an inventory of existing conditions, an assessment of current and future needs, an articulation of goals and an associated implementation plan. A comprehensive plan meeting these planning requirements must include three components: (1) a Community Assessment, (2) a Community Participation Program, and (3) a Community Agenda.
