Comprehensive Parking Analysis for Town Center
The City of Dana Point is soliciting this request for proposals (RFP) for a comprehensive
parking analysis for the Town Center area of the community. The goals of the parking
analysis are:
Determine whether there is a current or projected shortage of parking, and if so,
to what extent;
Formulate alternatives for addressing parking needs, supply, and demand
utilization strategies;
Assist the City in developing an in-lieu parking program; and
Develop a parking management plan for efficiently and effectively utilizing
parking resources while minimizing impacts to adjacent residential
neighborhoods.
