Comprehensive Medical Services - USMCFP Springfield
The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Field Acquisition Office in Grand Prairie, Texas, intends to make a single award for the provision of Comprehensive Medical Services for the United States Medical Center for Federal Prisoners (USMCFP) located in Springfield, Missouri. Offerors are encouraged to submit comprehensive proposals providing all listed outputs. Offerors who propose less will be evaluated accordingly. Services to be provided shall include inpatient/outpatient facility services, inpatient/outpatient physician services, outpatient institution services, long-term care services, autopsy services, and a certified laboratory director. The contract type is an indefinite delivery/requirements type contract with firm-fixed unit pricing. The contract shall consist of a Base Period and four 12-month Option Periods for renewal. The estimated quantities for the Base Period and all Option Periods are as follows:
Estimated Inpatient Days - 650 days (estimated)
Estimated Outpatient Visits - 800 visits (estimated)
Autopsies - 12 annual (estimated)
Laboratory Director Services - 12 monthly visits - 2 hour duration (estimated)
Long-Term Care - 30 days annually (estimated)
Audiology - visit duration 3 hours (approximate); 12 visits per contract year (approximate)
Anesthesiology - visit duration is 4 hours (approximate); 52 visits per contract year (approximate)
Burn/Wound Management - visit duration 1 hour (approximate); 14 visits per contract year (approximate)
Cardiology - visit duration 2 hours (approximate); 12 visits per contract year (approximate)
Dermatologist - visits duration 2 hours (approximate); 12 visits per contract year (approximate)
EEG/EMG - visit duration 2 hours (approximate); 12 visits per contract year (approximate)
